REFUND POLICY

We want you to love the Nuke Age experience and be fully satisfied with the quality of our products. If for some reason you receive a damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. 

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for mistakes in size, model, or color, only replacements for faulty items. Please make sure to check each product’s Size Chart on the product page and choose the right size, model, and color. All sales are final. 

In the unlikely event you receive a defective product, please email us within 48 hours after receiving it at [email protected], attach photos of the problem, and we will send you instructions on how to return the product. 

Please do not ship the product before receiving the return address. The item must be returned within 5 days of our reply, in an unused, unwashed state, with the original packaging. We’ll inspect the product and send a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full price of your item.

Nukeage.com reserves the right to refuse any replacement or refund if it does not meet the above criteria. 

Please double check your shipping address and purchase information to avoid shipping problems. If you realize you’ve entered the wrong address, you should contact us immediately, before the order is processed. We will not be liable for lost products due to input mistakes. 

We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Nuke Age will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
